TSB LOVE LOCAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OFFER DESCRIPTION
- TSB Debit Mastercard® personal customers who spend $10 or more in one transaction at participating businesses receive a $5 credit. Offer is valid up to 10 times and is limited to a maximum $50 credit per TSB Debit Mastercard.
- The Offer Period is from 1 May 2022 until 11 June 2022 (inclusive).
- The transaction must be made using your TSB Debit Mastercard at a participating TSB LOVE LOCAL business:
- o For participating businesses click here.
- Excludes gift card purchases.
- Excludes transactions made through a third-party payment aggregator.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- Credit should be deposited into your transactional account within 10 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the Offer end date.
- Credit will not be applied to your account if your TSB Debit Mastercard has been suspended, or cancelled or your account closed. If a card holder needs to cancel and replace their TSB Debit Mastercard but their account remains open, they will still be eligible for the credit.
- Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or disputed.

A. The Offer
- All TSB Debit Mastercard personal customers will automatically qualify for the Offer.
- Spend the required amount in accordance with the Offer Description during the Offer Period to receive your account credit.
- The Offer Description is/was emailed to you prior to the Offer Period starting.
- TSB Debit Mastercard issued to personal customers are eligible for this offer.
- TSB Visa Classic Credit, TSB Visa Debit, TSB Eftpos and TSB Debit Mastercard issued to businesses, trusts or other non-personal customers are not eligible.
The following transactions are not eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer:
- Transactions where you do not spend directly with the merchant (for example, if you buy the merchant’s goods through a third-party payment aggregator).
- Transactions that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
- Gift card purchases.
- Credits should be credited to your account within 10 business days of you meeting the Offer spend requirement – however this can take up to 90 days from the Offer end date.
- Your Credit may be reversed if an eligible transaction is subsequently cancelled or refunded. Credit will not be applied to your account if your TSB Debit Mastercard has been suspended or cancelled or your account closed. If a card holder needs to cancel and replace their TSB Debit Mastercard but their account remains open, they will still be eligible for the credit.
- We use your personal information such as name, account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the Offer and track your spend.
- Any personal information supplied will be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and TSB’s standard information security requirements.
- TSB reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer which may result in any loss or damage to TSB. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do.
- TSB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, gaming the offer or any breach of the Offer Terms and Conditions.
- TSB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Offer, amend the Offer Terms and Conditions (including the Offer Period), at any time, in its absolute discretion.
- The decision of all matters relating to this Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into by TSB.
- The Offer is made by TSB Bank Limited, 120 Devon Street West, New Plymouth, New Zealand.
Business TSB LOVE LOCAL Terms and Conditions
- Participation in the Offer is governed by and subject to these Business Terms and Conditions. The Offer Description forms part of these Business Terms and Conditions.
- TSB LOVE LOCAL is available to Taranaki owned and operated retail and hospitality businesses in Taranaki (exclusions apply).
- To apply businesses must register via the TSB web registration page and provide all required information.
- Participation of any business in the Offer is subject to TSB’s approval.
- Businesses must not apply conditions to TSB Debit Mastercard® customers receiving this Offer from TSB.
- Only marketing material approved by TSB can be used to promote this Offer.
- TSB is not liable if any goods or services purchased with a TSB Debit Mastercard during the Offer Period are defective or deficient.
- Transactions will be tracked by TSB and the credit applied directly to TSB Debit Mastercard cardholders accounts.
- TSB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Offer, amend the Offer Terms and Conditions (including the Offer Period), amend these Business Terms and Conditions at any time, in its absolute discretion.
